New ProXPN Configurator and Proxy Provider by Hayato

• Provides Random Working Proxy and Untested Anonymous Proxies

• Faster and Easier ProXPN.ovpn Proxy Configuration

Trouble Shooting Section:
- if you're using a windows vista or windows seven os please download and run fix.bat
- if errors still occur please create a config.ini file with the following contents
ProxPn Configurator and Proxy Provider
Location[hayato]C:\Program Files\proXPN\config\proxpn.ovpn
 - just change the location to the directory where your proxpn.ovpn is found.
- If unexpected errors still occured please send me a message and be patient
