Firstly you can download the opera 5.2 beta handler here or go to mobile link in front page then use the following i.p same for Globe and Smart,
Create new connection setting in your phone
Connection name: pinoykah tricks or any name you want
Access point name:internet or http.globe.com.ph for globe
the rest leave as blank or don't change
then options go to advance settings
use this global i.p
Proxy server adress= 80.239.242.253
port= 80
the rest please don't change
and set default or leave it [back]
For s40 users get a prov file for it. Or i wil upload one later.
Here is the tricks for opera mini server:
In the http=> http://wap.smart.com.ph or http://clickhere.ph for globe or any free site in smart and globe
socket=>don't changefr0nt query=> wap.smart.com.ph or any freesite in smart and globe without http://
middle query=> leave as blank
back query=> leave as blank
Remove String From Url=> global-4-seele.opera-mini.net
Remove port from url=> [check]
host=> leave as blank
then launch it and if apper this words [allow application opera mini 4.2 handler.. to use network and or receive data?]
click yes [searching]
Use pinoykah tricks that you create in upper page.
then got it! its working. . . you can now download any files you want.
or go to here in your opera mini: http://mp3down.wap.sh [for mp3 and free text to all network]
or any site you want.
Then, to download any file, just click save on the download page 
and select folder where u want to download
NOTE: Files format can download eg: .sis, .sisx, .mp3, .amr, .3gp, .awv, .avi, .rar, .zip, .thm, but .jar cannot download. try the cgi proxy tricks for jar files.
